Living with chronic pain doesn’t just hurt - it changes how you move through the world.

You may feel less confident in your body, less sure of your energy, your decisions and your limits. You might look “fine” on the outside, but inside you’re navigating fear, grief, exhaustion in a body that no longer feels predictable or safe.

1:1 chronic pain coaching is a space to slow this down - to be supported as a whole person, not a diagnosis or mystery to solve - so you can get back to living your life again.

The good news of chronic pain (that often gets missed)

Most of us are taught that pain equals damage. This is true with acute pain - like a broken bone or an infection - where pain fades as the body heals.

Modern pain science shows us that chronic pain can work differently. 

When pain lasts for months or years, it’s often less about ongoing injury and more about the brain and nervous system staying stuck in protection mode.

Your system learns pain - and keeps sounding the alarm, even when tissues are stable.

This is not “all in your head” - the pain is very real and felt in the body.

But it does mean there are new ways to work with it that are within your influence - by learning how to support your internal environment - your nervous system, stress responses and sense of safety - so your system no longer has to work quite so hard.

Many people find that as safety and capacity increase, their symptoms feel more manageable - and can reduce.

I used this neuroscience to rebuild my own health and lower my pain and it is now what my coaching methodology is built upon in order to help my clients live full lives again.

Why work with me?

Hi I’m Lily - a chronic pain coach who's been where you are. 

In my mid twenties, chronic migraine and full-body pain completely uprooted my life.  My world shrank, my identity fell apart and I didn’t recognise myself anymore.

What changed wasn’t just my symptoms - it was how I related to my body, myself and my life.

Now as an ICF certified life coach and FFCP trained mind-body practitioner my unique work blends the compassion of someone who has lived through chronic pain with modern pain science, brain training and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, nervous system support and research backed identity-based coaching models - to hold a space where you can rebuild your life again.

If you choose to work with me I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you rebuild steadiness, trust in your body and a life that feels worth living again.

- 60-minute weekly sessions via Zoom  

- Tailored practices drawn from neuroscience, psychology, brain training and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and somatics - so that we work with your mind and body to support your whole being

- Reflection prompts, tools and voice-note support between sessions to help you integrate this work into your daily life 

- Minimum 3 months together - for depth and real change

This isn’t about temporary quick fixes. It’s about sustainable growth and lasting change through practical tools and compassionate support.
