You probably don’t just miss being pain-free - you miss being you.
The version of you who could be spontaneous and make plans without fear. Confident that her body will allow her to enjoy them.
Now? It feels like life is shrinking around you.
You wake up scanning your body and hesitate before committing to things. You second guess every feeling in your body and are weighed down by the mental load of managing symptoms every single day.
You may mask it well and look functional but privately feel exhausted.
And maybe the hardest part of all is your body has started to feel like something you need to manage, monitor or fight. Like an enemy inside your very being.
Even if you’ve seen all the specialists, tried all the supplements and been on all the root cause hunts - only to be left even more lost and confused… I want you to know there is another way to rebuild your health.

I know what it is like to feel betrayed by your body because I lived there too. For 5 years my life revolved around chronic body wide pain and daily migraine attacks.
I was terrified of my body, constantly monitoring symptoms, cancelling plans, avoiding activities and watching my life shrink around me. My consultant neurologist called me his “most troubled case” and I genuinely believed my future would always be limited by pain.
Then I learned one thing that nobody had ever explained to me and it changed everything.
Now I want more people to know that recovery is often far more possible than they've been led to believe, because…

Most of us are taught that pain equals damage, so when pain persists, it feels logical to assume that something must still be wrong.
But modern pain science tells us that when pain continues for months or years, it is often influenced by far more than injury alone.
This doesn't mean your symptoms aren't real - they are - pain is always real and always felt in the body, but sometimes the brain and nervous system can learn to stay stuck with symptoms that aren’t actually necessary.
This is some of the most hopeful information I have ever learned, because if the brain and nervous system can learn pain, they can also unlearn it and recovery is often far more possible than people realise.
This possibility changed my life.

Pain has lasted for 3 months or more
Your life has been uprooted by chronic pain
You feel like you're always on high alert for the next flare
You don’t trust your body or yourself any more
You’re exhausted from managing symptoms or trying to control potential triggers all the time
Tests or scans don’t fully explain the pain, or different specialists give different answers
Your symptoms vary depending on stress, certain activities, locations or times of day
Your body feels stronger
You trust your body more and fear it less
You stop spending every day waiting for something to go wrong
You're making plans again
Laughing more
Feeling more like yourself again
Pain is no longer controlling every decision you make
You are rebuilding trust in yourself
Expanding your capacity
Reconnecting with what matters
You're reclaiming a life that feels bigger than pain - this can be the key to reducing pain symptoms and rebuilding your health.

I created this programme because too many people are told their only option is to manage symptoms and shrink their lives around pain.
I don't believe that's the whole story.
I believe people deserve to understand the role the brain and nervous system can play in chronic pain, they deserve to understand why symptoms persist and to learn research-backed, practical tools that help them feel safer in their bodies again.
They deserve hope, not false promises, but the truthful understanding that recovery may be more possible than they've been led to believe.
The Reclaim Pathway is the programme I wish I'd had when I was stuck in fear, confusion and survival mode.
It combines modern pain science, nervous system education and practical tools with the framework that helped me rebuild my health and reclaim my life.
The Reclaim Pathway is a step-by-step journey designed to help you stop feeling trapped by chronic pain and start rebuilding trust in your body, confidence in yourself and a life that feels like yours again.
We'll begin by helping you understand what may really be driving your symptoms, before giving you practical tools to calm your nervous system, navigate flares with more confidence and gently expand what feels possible again - so you can live life on your terms, instead of pain’s.
Stop fearing your body and start understanding it.
Everything changes when chronic pain finally makes sense.
In this first part of the programme, you'll learn why pain can persist, why symptoms can feel so unpredictable, and why this doesn't automatically mean your body is damaged.
More importantly, you'll begin rebuilding trust in yourself and your body so that fear no longer has to be in the driving seat.
Inside you'll discover:
• Why pain doesn't always equal damage
• Why symptoms can fluctuate, move or appear without new injury
• The fear-pain cycle that can unintentionally keep symptoms going
• Why your reactions to pain matter (and why none of this is your fault)
• Simple daily tools to help your brain and nervous system feel safer
• Gentle ways to begin expanding your confidence and capacity again
So that you stop feeling frightened by your symptoms and start feeling hopeful about what's possible.
Because recovery isn't just about reducing pain - it's about getting your life back.
Chronic pain doesn't only affect the body, it steals our confidence, identity, spontaneity and joy.
In this part of the programme, you'll begin reconnecting with the person you are underneath the pain and gently start creating a life that feels meaningful again - even if symptoms are still part of the picture.
You'll be able to:
• Stop waiting until you're "better" before allowing yourself to enjoy life
• Reconnect with what matters most to you
• Build habits that support healing without adding pressure
• Train your brain to notice moments of safety, joy and possibility again
• Feel emotions with more confidence instead of fearing them
• Expand your life through tiny, sustainable steps
Reclaiming your life starts long before chronic pain has disappeared.
One of the hardest parts of chronic pain isn't just the symptoms, it’s the fear that comes with them.
In this module you'll create a simple, personalised plan for navigating flares calmly and confidently, so that when symptoms increase you know exactly what to do instead of spiralling into panic.
Inside you'll learn:
• What flares do (and don't) mean
• Why a flare doesn't erase your progress
• How to calm fear in the moment
• How to create your own personalised Flare Support Plan
• Practical ways to support both your body and your nervous system during difficult days
• How to rebuild trust after a flare instead of starting from scratch
So that you can respond with confidence instead of feeling derailed by a flare.
The Reclaim Pathway isn’t about watching a load of videos - it is about how you build your recovery in space moments throughout your day.
That's why you'll also receive a growing library of guided audios you can return to whenever you need extra support.
Including:
• Morning Safety Reset
• Guided Somatic Tracking
• Evening Reflection Practice
• Positive Memory Practice
• Future Self Visualisation
• Emotional Processing Practice
• Seeing the Activity Go Well
• Flare Support Audio
Think of them as calming companions you can keep in your pocket whenever you need a reminder that you are safe, supported and not doing this alone.

Signs and symptoms that show my work could help you:
- Do your symptoms fluctuate from day to day?
- Do they vary in intensity throughout the day or week?
- Have symptoms ever moved, spread or changed location?
- Do you experience good days and bad days?
- Are symptoms worse in some situations than others?
- Are symptoms ever absent during a particular activity and then come on after it finishes?
- Are things better when you are on holiday or feeling calm?
- Did the pain start without an injury or has it continued after the injury has healed or normal healing time has passed?
- Do you wake up with the pain in the morning and/or does it come on in the middle of the night?
- Do you feel the pain on both sides of your body in the same area? For example both knees, both sides of the back, both hands.
- Does the pain impact multiple areas on one side of the body?
- Do you feel pain across one or more whole limbs? (eg: whole leg or arm in pain)
- Have symptoms ever reduced when distracted, engaged or absorbed in something enjoyable?
- Have symptoms ever appeared without a clear physical explanation?
- Are your symptoms triggered by things other people can cope with? For example, sound, smells, light, screens, weather changes, touch, sleep disturbances.
- Have you been given different diagnoses or have doctors struggled to diagnose or fully explain your symptoms?
I frequently work with, and have seen amazing results for, people diagnosed with the following conditions:
- Back/neck and musculoskeletal pain (even with bulging disks or degenerative changes)
- TMJ
- Migraine & primary headache disorders
- Fibromyalgia
- IBS
- Pelvic pain
- Unexplained pain & fatigue
- Diagnosed primary pain, mind-body pain, neural circuit pain or neuroplastic pain)
This may not be for you if:
If you are dealing with clearly and accurately diagnosed nerve damage, cancer pain or an active inflammatory disease (eg: Lupus) this may not be right for you. My work would still be very supportive as you navigate any of these but it doesn't the same potential of eliminating symptoms.

MEET LILY
A few years ago I was living with chronic pain, daily migraine attacks and a body I no longer trusted.
My world was just becoming smaller and smaller, I was terrified - constantly monitoring symptoms, avoiding activities and trying to prevent the next flare. Like many people, I was told there was very little more that could be done. That I was out of options.
Yet learning about the role of the brain and nervous system in chronic pain completely changed the trajectory of my life. Not only did I recover, but it sparked a passion that led me to train in this work and help others do the same.
Now as an ICF certified life coach and neuroplastic mind-body practitioner (FFCP) my unique work blends the compassion of someone who has lived through chronic pain with modern pain science, pain reprocessing, nervous system support and research backed identity-based coaching models - to hold a space where you can rewire your chronic pain, cultivate joy and rebuild your life again.

No programme or treatment can ethically promise that. The aim is understanding the mechanisms behind chronic pain and using brain training and nervous system regulation to best support you and your life. We have seen many people reduce symptoms using these methods.
Many chronic pain conditions begin with injury, but sometimes pain continues long after the tissue has healed. We’ll explore why that happens and what we can do about it.
The Reclaim Pathway will be hosted online in an easy-to-access members area (with app access where possible), so you can move through the programme in your own time from anywhere.
The content will be drip-fed weekly from 24th June so you’re not overwhelmed and can properly integrate the work step by step. This is intentional - healing work lands best when it is spacious, practical and sustainable.
Because chronic pain recovery is rarely helped by overwhelm or pressure. Releasing the material weekly helps you focus, absorb the tools, and implement them gently rather than rushing through everything at once.
You’ll receive 12 months access to The Reclaim Pathway from the date of purchase.
That is completely okay. This is not a race. You can move through the programme at your own pace and revisit the materials anytime during your access period.
The core programme is self-paced, so you can fit it around your life and energy levels.
No. The Reclaim Pathway is educational and coaching-based support. It is designed to complement appropriate medical care, not replace it.
The principles inside the programme are relevant for many chronic pain and persistent symptom experiences where the nervous system may be playing a role. This includes things like chronic pain, migraines, tension, fibromyalgia symptoms and other persistent mind-body / brain-body symptom patterns. Please see the ‘This is for you if’ section of this page for guidance on how to tell if this program could help you.
Many people who come into this work feel exactly the same. Often the missing piece isn’t more effort - it’s understanding the role of fear, safety, nervous system patterns, and how to work with the body differently. This can often be the missing piece of the puzzle of rebuilding your health.
Then this may be exactly the kind of support you need. The pathway is designed to feel gentle, clear and manageable - not intense or pressurised.
That is okay. There is an entire section dedicated to Flares Without Fear, helping you respond differently and more calmly when symptoms rise.
Yes, payment plan options are available at checkout.
Due to the digital and instant access nature of the course no refunds will be given.
Please get in touch here with any questions about Lily or The Reclaim Pathway and if it might be the right fit for you.
