About Me

Hi I’m Lily - a chronic pain coach who's been where you are. 

In my mid twenties, chronic migraine and full-body pain completely uprooted my life for years. My world shrank, my identity fell apart and I didn’t recognise myself anymore.

What changed wasn’t just my symptoms - it was how I related to my body, myself and my life.

Now as an ICF certified life coach and neuroplastic mind-body practitioner (FFCP) my unique work blends the compassion of someone who has lived through chronic pain with modern pain science, pain reprocessing, nervous system support and research backed identity-based coaching models - to hold a space where you can rewire your chronic pain, cultivate joy and rebuild your life again.

Will this cure my pain?

No programme or treatment can ethically promise that. The aim is understanding the mechanisms behind chronic pain and using brain training and nervous system regulation to best support you and your life. We have seen many people reduce symptoms using these methods. 

What if my pain started with an injury?

Many chronic pain conditions begin with injury, but sometimes pain continues long after the tissue has healed. We’ll explore why that happens and what we can do about it.

How will the course be delivered?

The Reclaim Pathway will be hosted online in an easy-to-access members area (with app access where possible), so you can move through the programme in your own time from anywhere.

Will everything be available at once?

The content will be drip-fed weekly from 24th June so you’re not overwhelmed and can properly integrate the work step by step. This is intentional - healing work lands best when it is spacious, practical and sustainable.

Why is the content drip-fed?

Because chronic pain recovery is rarely helped by overwhelm or pressure. Releasing the material weekly helps you focus, absorb the tools, and implement them gently rather than rushing through everything at once.

How long will I have access for?

What if I can’t keep up weekly?

That is completely okay. This is not a race. You can move through the programme at your own pace and revisit the materials anytime during your access period.

Is this live or self-paced?

The core programme is self-paced, so you can fit it around your life and energy levels. Founding members will also receive weekly live Q&A support sessions for the first 6 weeks after launch and will be recorded if you can’t make them live.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. The Reclaim Pathway is educational and coaching-based support. It is designed to complement appropriate medical care, not replace it.

Who is this suitable for?

The principles inside the programme are relevant for many chronic pain and persistent symptom experiences where the nervous system may be playing a role.
