Live fully - even while

navigating chronic pain

Chronic pain can make your world smaller.
Your body can stop feeling like a place you trust.
Your confidence, identity and sense of possibility can quietly erode.

I’m Lily - a chronic pain coach helping people rebuild trust in their bodies and regrow lives that are bigger than their symptoms.

This is support for learning how to live again - with steadiness, agency and choice - even when pain is part of the picture.

“Coaching with Lily has been the best gift I’ve given myself in a long time.” - Barbara T

Does this sound like you?

Living with chronic pain isn’t just about symptoms. It affects how safe you feel, how much you trust yourself and how much life you feel able to live.

You might:

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed or on edge in your own body
  • You brace for flares and scan constantly for signs something is wrong
  • Pain has shrunk your world - socially, emotionally or professionally
  • You second-guess your decisions and don’t trust your body’s signals
  • You’re tired of fighting your body but don’t know another way

Imagine if you could…

  • Trust your body enough to make plans again
  • Respond to pain with steadiness instead of fear
  • Feel safer and more grounded, even on harder days
  • Rebuild confidence and identity after chronic pain
  • Live a full, meaningful life - without waiting to be “fixed”

This work isn’t about becoming who you were before pain - it’s about regrowing a life that fits who you are now.

What this work is really about

Here’s the hopeful part that often gets missed.

Chronic pain isn’t just about tissue damage. Over time, it becomes a pattern in the brain and nervous system - especially when pain has been unpredictable or frightening.

The good news? Modern pain science shows we have far more influence over our internal environment than we were ever taught.

This work focuses on:

  • helping your nervous system feel safer and less threatened
  • reducing fear and stress that can amplify pain symptoms
  • rebuilding trust in your body and your capacity for life

When your system feels safer, you create more space to live - and many people also notice changes in how pain shows up along the way.

This isn’t about blame, quick fixes or instagram health hacks. It’s about feeling confident in how to work with your body instead of against it.

Hi, I’m Lily

I know what it’s like to feel benched from life by chronic pain - watching others move forward while you feel stuck, uncertain, and disconnected from yourself.

My own healing didn’t begin when pain disappeared. It began when I changed how I related to my body and myself.

Now I support people living with chronic pain to rebuild safety, capacity and trust in themselves - so life can expand again.

My work blends:

  • pain-informed neuroscience and nervous system regulation
  • somatic and body-based practices
  • identity rebuilding after illness
  • compassion, lived experience and practical support

I believe joy and sorrow can coexist - and that life doesn’t have to be on hold while you heal.

This is not about forcing positivity or “thinking your way out” of pain, it’s about creating enough internal safety to live again. When your system feels safer and more supported, many people notice fewer fear spirals, more capacity for life and even positive changes in their symptoms.

“My time with Lily was invaluable. With her guidance and knowledge she gave me the space to connect to a deep part of myself that needed healing, and I felt safe to do so with her. Her energy feels calm, non judgemental and clearly comes from a place of care for her clients. I still use the tools that she gave me when I feel overwhelmed. Thank you Lily!”

Kirsty - Client with hypermobility joint pain

“The work we did on neuroplasticity and rewiring my brain have had a huge impact on how I deal with chronic pain in my life. I now have strategies to help me cope, even in the acute phase of my attacks, by truly understanding that even the worst of pain is transitory. It is a huge win for a mind that lived most of the time in fear of the next attack. It helps me feel grounded."

Barbara - Client with Chronic Migraine

"If you are standing at a crossroads in life, feeling unsure, stuck, or just ready for something new, I cannot recommend Lily enough. She will walk beside you with warmth, understanding and encouragement and you will come away not just with a plan, but with the belief that you can step into your next chapter with confidence."
